the free ramen every night was a total treat!!! i really enjoyed this perk. the public bath was also very clean and relaxing. it's super convenient that the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants.
The train noise was a bit loud. I could hear it pretty clearly from my room. the breakfast buffet felt a little smaller than i expected. i also noticed that some amenities in the onsen seemed a little worn.

helpful staff great location reliable wi-fi small room high price unimpressed area
The staff were very helpful and cute. The location was great between Harajuku and Shibuya. The wi-fi was always super reliable and fast!
I did not like the room , it was really small. I know that 10m2 is a standard for Japanese hotels but not for the price I had to pay. It's my second visit. Shibuya didn't impress me as much as Shinjuku.

Convenient Location and Great Amenities
good size comfortable bed sumo experience
I liked the good size of the room. The bed was really comfortable. Staff found a sumo experience for us. The amenities in the room were good.
I found the train noise from the room noticeable. It was quite audible until late at night. This impacted sleep quality.

convenient location shipping depot relaxing bathhouse
the location is convenient , close to both shibuya and harajuku areas. i easily shipped my luggage because yamato shipping depot is across from the hotel. the bathhouse offered a nice relaxation after a busy day.
i found the room to be quite small.
